Exploring ways of reclaiming life over chronic pain symptoms with my specialised intervention programme at Mindful Occupational Therapy Practice. I focus on personalised strategies to enhance self-management skills and promote well-being amidst daily challenges.
My sessions combine Occupational Therapy-Based Intervention and Mindfulness-Based Intervention to address chronic pain symptoms, fatigue, stress, anxiety, and low mood holistically. Through individualised approaches, clients gain insights into pain triggers, activity management, and self-care practices tailored to their unique experiences.
Key components of my intervention include in-depth activity analysis to identify pain triggers and activity patterns, activity management techniques for pacing and energy conservation, and lifestyle optimisation strategies. I also provide psycho-education to enhance awareness of the mind-body connection and support self-regulation skills.
Explore mindfulness practices, stress reduction techniques, and self-compassion strategies to promote relaxation, improve sleep quality, and manage setbacks effectively. My goal is to empower clients with the tools and knowledge to navigate daily challenges, reduce pain symptoms, and enhance overall well-being.
