Navigate the challenges of persistent fatigue symptoms with my tailored intervention programme at Mindful Occupational Therapy Practice. I focus on enhancing an individual’s confidence in supporting them with building on self-management skills in their daily lives.
My sessions combine Occupational Therapy-Based Intervention and Mindfulness-Based Intervention to address fatigue symptoms, chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and low mood. Through personalised strategies, clients gain insights into activity patterns, energy management, and self-care practices tailored to their unique needs.
Key components of my intervention include in-depth activity analysis to identify triggers and patterns, activity management techniques for pacing and prioritisation, and lifestyle optimisation strategies. I also provide psycho-education to enhance awareness of the mind-body connection and support self-regulation skills.
Explore mindfulness practices, stress reduction techniques, and self-compassion strategies to promote relaxation, improve sleep hygiene, and manage setbacks effectively. My goal is to empower clients with the tools and knowledge to navigate daily challenges and foster a greater sense of well-being and ease over time.
